Milk leaves the udder at approximately 35°C and must be quickly cooled to a storage temperature of 4°C to 6°C to minimize microorganism growth and preserve milk quality. Our Bulk Milk Coolers feature efficient direct expansion (DX) tanks with laser-welded evaporating surfaces, high-density eco-friendly PU foam insulation, unequalled reliability, and an automatic Rotojet 5-cycle CIP cleaning system.
